“We cannot achieve our goals if there are threats or acts of violence. This movement is a peaceful protest & we do not condone any acts of violence, etc. We know there will be activists working at the behest of global authoritarians & think tanks to sabotage our movement. Because of this, we must have a zero-tolerance approach to aggressive behaviour & violence.”

1. AZ Audit – Recount FINISHES Next Week: What's Next? JAIL THE SUPERVISORS?!

The Arizona audit is performing its final phase of a 3rd recount to recheck the accuracy of ballot totals, AGAIN. This process does not tabulate votes. It only counts the total number of ballots. They are auditing their own numbers now in preparation for a historic legal battle. The Gateway Pundit reported that stacks of ballots are aligned in the paper jogger then counted twice with the paper counting machine.

Randy Pullen told TGP that a batch of ballots is counted then compared to the hand-count sheet for that batch. If the numbers agree, then it is accurate. If the machine gives a different number, the batch is rotated so that another corner may be counted to ensure an accurate total is produced. They are counting each batch of roughly 200 ballots at a time. A batch takes less than a minute to analyze. A box of about seven batches takes less than five minutes to count. There are over 30 boxes on each pallet. 17 pallets have been completely recounted and volunteers started two more during the night shift which ends at 12 AM. Audit officials spent days calibrating the machines and conducting test counts before using them. These machines have been certified to be accurate.

The Gateway Pundit reported that, according to Steve Bannon, former Chief Strategist for President Trump, the Arizona audit numbers are holding up in this final hand recount taking place this week at the counting center.

Randy Pullen said that we can expect this phase of the audit to be completed by next Wednesday.

What is next?

Pullen: If there is a difference in the count, there is going to have to be more analysis of the CVR (cast vote record).

What about the subpoenas?

We still need answers for the anomalies and discrepancies presented by audit officials at last week’s Senate hearing.

Who ran a script that produced 37,646 queries looking for blank passwords on a system with only eight user accounts?

Subpoenas for the routers, passwords, and Splunk logs, needed to complete the forensic analysis and answer the questions have been ignored.

The county refuses to cooperate with this investigation. Instead, they tweet jabs and unsubstantiated claims.

We already know that the certified total was not accurate.

What else are they hiding?

On Tuesday, Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers said, “We have to hold the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors accountable to include possibly sending them to jail.”

Is this the next step when we discover a significant delta in the number of certified ballots versus actual ballots? Will the Senate use this evidence to arrest the County Supervisors, hold them in contempt, and issue a criminal subpoena? This wasn’t an accident or a mistake. It was a pattern of criminal activity and the cover-up is worse than the crime. This is the crime of the century. We need to trust our elections if America is to survive. 2. Arizona Senate Not Holding Maricopa County in Contempt Due to Holdout Republican

The Republican-controlled Arizona Senate is not voting to hold Maricopa County officials in contempt for refusing to fully comply with election audit subpoenas because of a single GOP senator.

Republicans lost a seat in the state Senate in the 2020 elections and hold a narrow 16-14 majority. That gives state Sen. Paul Boyer, a Republican, the power to stymie efforts to hold the county’s Board of Supervisors (BOS) in contempt.

“Senator Boyer agreed to proceed with audit but when Maricopa BOS refused to cooperate, Boyer would not vote with us for the resolution of contempt which leaves us one vote short,” Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, said in a social media post on Wednesday.

Boyer, who did not return requests for comment, responded directly to Fann.

“You told us in closed caucus the ‘audit’ would not cost taxpayers more than 150k and you wouldn’t divulge who you were hiring. Had you told us it was an inexperienced, partisan firm, I wouldn’t have been the only one to object,” he said.

Fann tapped Florida-based Cyber Ninjas to lead the audit, along with subcontractors Wake Technology Services, CyFIR, and Digital Discovery.

Democrats and other critics say Cyber Ninjas is not qualified because the firm lacks experience conducting audits and because its CEO, Doug Logan, shared and posted on social media last year alleging election fraud occurred. Proponents and Republicans say the firm has created a transparent process for an unprecedented election review and that the subcontractors have ample experience.

On the issue of funding, taxpayers are only paying $150,000. Donations are funding the rest.

Senators voted in February on a measure to hold the BOS in contempt for failing to comply with subpoenas they issued in late 2020.

Supervisors “have repeatedly and willfully delayed and obstructed a vital and duly authorized investigation by the Arizona Senate,” the resolution stated.

The measure would have enabled the Senate to send the sergeant-at-arms to arrest the supervisors.

The vote went along party lines, except for Boyer, who sided with Democrats. That made the vote 15-15.

“My vote is about patience,” Boyer said, adding that it would provide “a little bit more time for us to work together charitably and amicably as friends.”

The standoff between county and state officials ended later that month when a judge ruled against the county, saying the subpoenas the Senate issued were valid.

County supervisors agreed to turn over nearly 2.1 million ballots, 385 tabulators, and other election-related materials, but have refused to send over router or router images and passwords to access the election machines at an administrative level.

Auditors want that information as well as ballot envelope images and splunk logs to try to clear up issues they’ve identified in their review. The county, though, isn’t cooperating.

“Every time I’ve tried to interact with the folks at the Elections Department, I’ve been told that I need to deal with the county attorney’s office. And most of that time I’ve received kind of the answer that ‘we gave you everything we’re going to give you,'” Ken Bennett, a former Republican Arizona secretary of state who is serving as the state Senate’s audit liaison, told a hearing last week.

“It is unfortunate that the county has been recalcitrant. That doesn’t breed trust, it slows things down. It makes things difficult,” state Sen. Warren Peterson, a Republican, added. If the materials and information sought isn’t handed over, “it will be an incomplete audit,” he said.

A county spokesman told The Epoch Times in an email that the county would not give over more material without fresh subpoenas.

“We will have a response about other demands if and when Senate leadership produces more subpoenas,” he said.

The county Board of Supervisors grew upset in May after Fann conveyed findings from auditors, including that there appeared to be a database on the election management software deleted. The county called for an end to the audit.

For now, the Senate won’t attempt to hold the county in contempt. It also backed off a plan to issue more subpoenas.

Asked what people can do, Bennett told radio host James Harris that they can call the board of supervisors and ask that they “be more cooperative.”

“That feels a little weak, but that’s kind of where we’re at,” he said. From theepochtimes.com/arizona-senate-not-holding-maricopa-county-in-contempt-due-to-holdout-republican_3913485.html

"...if there's corruption, criminal activity, and malfeasance, to use your words, then the American people are not -- they're going to be very unforgiving," Flynn said. "So it's better to come out sooner than later, because if it comes out later, I'm afraid that the American people will take actions into their own hands."

He spoke as amid GOP-led audits of 2020 presidential election votes in Arizona's Maricopa County and in Georgia's Fulton County.

"What I'm trying to encourage is local action has a national impact. Get involved in your communities," Flynn said. "I'm seeing more and more people get involved at the local, township, parishes, and county levels. And American people are not – they're like a pit bull right now on this ...

I've decided I would like to use this space more to interact with the really interested. Let's do an AMA starting two hours from now.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Announcement of How I am Going to Use Locals Going Forward

As you folks maybhave noticed, I have not been as active here as I was in years previously. The allure of reaching such large audiences on Twitter and Rumble seduced me. However, I have realized what I think the right formula will be going forward: I am going to post my explanatory videos on other platforms (along with Locals) in order to reach the masses. And then I am going to do much more frequent live AMA's on this platform, but limiting them to subscribers only (after a few minutes, anyway).

Thanks for sticking with me. It is going to be an exciting few months.

Covid-1984

George Orwell's prescient work 1984 foresees tyranny's need for propaganda that renders listeners incapable of critical thought, to the point that they cannot process what is in front of their eyes.

Fine illustration was given in the early minutes of the movie 1984, as we learn the daily routine of Winston (the protagonist). To a loudspeaker incessantly broadcasting statistics demonstrating Big Brother's progress in all areas of life, we witness their physical impoverishment (a colleague asking for a razor blade learns that Winston has been using the same blade for six weeks), as well as (through another colleague) Big Brother's assault on language as a way to control thought. We also witness the inability of the brainwashed to process the world they inhabit: the loudspeaker's lies about Big Brother's successes cheers up Parson while he works his way through a bowl of mush and meat-substitute. He is so indoctrinated he cannot process the reality in which he is sitting or even the food he is tasting.

Here is another situation that resembles this scene from 1984. Yesterday in the United States Senate, a British actuary presented the following information from the UK (which has excellent public health surveillance): getting vaccinated makes one somewhere between 26% and 145% more likely to die.

British data shows that all-in mortality is 26% to145% higher for vaccinated than non-vaccinated

Yet I know plenty of educated, normally sensible people, who cheerfully continue their defense of Big Brother's handling of Covid-19. They espouse their willingness to continue subjecting themselves to shots with all the alacrity of 1984's Parson, reciting statistics about Big Brother's successes while shoveling down gruel and meat-substitute with gusto.
